Youths and the unemployed must face reality and take matters into their own hands if they want to change their life.
That is the message from the director of Youth and Sports Sireli Naivalu who said youths and the unemployed must be continuously encouraged to use their resources to earn a living.
He said the focus of the National Youth Service Scheme is on individuals and not groups to ensure they can make a difference.
