These were the words of Interim Attorney General, Aiyaz Saiyad Khaiyum speaking at the closing ceremony for the National Youth Conference on Ethical Leadership at St Andrew's Hall in Suva this afternoon.
He also stressed that a leaders' private life must be the same as their personal life in other words practice what you preach.
Today the Interim AG was presented with Code of Conduct for Leaders, Teachers and Parents.
The Code of Conduct contains principles that leaders should abide by as seen as youth today.
The week long Conference had 48 young people from around the country.
