A 16 year old appeared in the Nadi Magistrate Court this morning with 3 others, Temo Lutumailagi, Joape Drauna and Tevita Tama charged with the alleged murder of a 70 year old businesswoman last Saturday
Lutumailagi has been charged with murder and the 3 others charged with robbery with violence and conspiracy to commit a felony.
No plea was taken when they appeared before Magistrate Sayed Mukhtar Shah.
The four men told Magistrate Shah that they were allegedly assaulted by police and chilli rubbed on their body and they requested medical checkup which Magistrate Shah granted. The case is adjourned the case to the 20th December.
