Young people can lead the charge and break the racial barriers in the country.
This is according to ECREA's Program coordinator for Peace and Development, Waisale Ramoce who spoke at a youth workshop in Suva earlier today.
Ramoce said there is a need to change the mindset of youths and empower them to be at the forefront of the peace building processes as they are innovative and form a good majority of the country's population.
Ramoce said youths can play a major role in improving inter-ethnic relationships.
The workshop ends on Thursday.
