A 20 year old youth has been charged in relation to the physical assault of a class 3 student in Suva on Thursday.
Assistant Spokesperson Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said charges were laid last night and he will appear in the Suva Magistrates court this morning.
He was arrested on Friday night after extensive police investigations.
The class 3 student was found unconscious in the toilet in the school compound by other students.
She is admitted at the CWM hospital.
