A 22 year old youth from Bulileka Labasa has been charged with allegedly raping a form three student.
The youth was charged today and is expected to appear in court tomorrow morning.
It is alleged that the youth took the girl to his home and forced her to have sex with him. The youth's family members were attending a religious function during the time of the incident.
The incident happened on Monday night. The girl reported the matter to her mother who later reported the matter to Police.
