An 18 year old youth has today pleaded guilty to burglary, theft and obscene obligation to public after he broke into the Saint Joseph Secondary School premises last Thursday.

Etuate Lesikilau appeared in court today where he admitted that he was drunk and broke into seven classrooms.

Prosecutor Sergeant Leone Lautabui said Lesikilau stole three mobile phones, and other student items including walkman, canvas, sunglasses and shoes worth $981.50.

Sergeant Lautabui objected to the bail application by the accused on the ground that none of the items have been recovered and the offence is serious.

The court heard that Lesikilau also wrote obscene language on the school blackboard.

Lesikilau is remanded and awaiting sentencing on the 26th of this month.
