Police have interviewed and released a 14-year-old boy of Serua who is alleged to have assaulted an 11-year-old boy last week.
Navua police have confirmed that the victim's condition is getting worse despite undergoing three surgeries since sustaining the injuries to his head.
According to police both the suspect and the victim were collecting firewood when the 14-year-old allegedly assaulted the 11-year-old who sustained serious injuries to his head.
The victim remains unconscious since being found near a drain.
