The Youth Ministry is expected to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of the South Pacific, to accomodate the participants of the Pacific Youth Festival next month.
Fiji Alumni President and National Organising Committee member Jacob Itautoka said the Committee has only received $900,000 from the initial $1.3million they had requested from Government, which will be used in the running of the Festival.
He adds the MOU is expected to be signed within the next few days.
USP confirms they have had talks with organisers and will be having a meeting tommorrow to finalise all the details.
