The oldest member of the Flying Fijian 15s rugby team for the Pacific Nations Cup believes the time is right for national rugby coach Ilivasi Tabua to start developing players for the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
Japan based Kele Leawere is happy to see a lot of young faces in the team and he hopes the experienced ones in the team will provide the guidance for these players.
Leawere, who took over the captaincy role last year when Mosese Rauluni was not around, said that he is happy to be selected and believes every player in the team has a role to play.
The national 15s rugby team is training in Nadi for the opening PNC game against Tonga on the 13th of this month in Nuku'alofa.
