“Expect the young players to step up again this weekend.”
That’s the statement from national netball coach Unaisi Rokoura after the young players in the side proved their worth in last week’s Pacific netball series.
Rokoura said fans should come out in numbers and witness Unaisi Rauluni, Taufa Taga, Nina Cirikisuva and Raijieli Daveua showcase their talent against Singapore in their two test matches.
Rokoura added these youngsters are really fortunate to be playing with some senior players.
The national side marches into camp today at the Officers Training Center in Vatuwaqa.
Fiji will take on Singapore at 6pm Friday and 4pm on Saturday.
