Young players have been identified over the past two years in an effort to try and help the Fiji Bati side reach the finals of the 2013 Rugby League World Cup.
Fiji National Rugby League, Chairman Peni Musunamasi said being underdogs at the World Cup and reaching the semifinals, they will be using local Bati players to develop young potential secondary school students.
The next Rugby World Cup will be held in 2013.
