Fiji Sports Council Chairman Paul Yee and Fiji Weightlifting Official Della Shaw have been dropped from the Team Fiji contingent to the Olympic Games in Beijing.
Yee was earlier named as the Athletics Manager while Shaw was the coach and manager for weightlifter Joe Vueti.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Yee said he was surprised to see his name cut from the Team Fiji list.
However, Yee said he has taken the decision by FASANOC in good faith.
Meanwhile, Shaw has referred all her questions to FASANOC President Vidhya Lakhan, who said he will only comment after speaking with Shaw and Yee.
The Olympic Games starts next Friday in Beijing.
