The Yasawa Central may be an unknown side but they are expected to spring a few surprises at the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s.

The side was selected by Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan after the Nacula 7s in Yasawa two weeks ago and the side competed in the Martintar 7s in Nadi last week where they lost in the cup quarter finals to eventual winners Westfield Babas 12-10.

Yasawa Central captain Ovini Tuidraki said this is their first Marist 7s outing but they intend to make it a memorable one.

The side is coached by former Vodafone Fiji 7s rep Joe Vunisa and they are pooled with Laucala Beach, Gumatua and Sorokoba.

The Marist 7s will start tomorrow with defending champions Tokatoka Resort Westfiled Babas playing the West Roosters Wellington side at 8am.
