In light of the recent events pertaining to the destruction and recovery from Tropical Cyclone Winston, the Fiji Rugby Union in partnership with World Rugby and with the support of the Fiji Sports Council has announced that the entry fee to the 2016 World Rugby Pacific Challenge will be waived and that all entry to all the scheduled games from today to the 21st of this month will be free of charge.
FRU CEO, John O’Connor confirmed this is to allow everyone to come to the ANZ stadium and support their favourite teams without the burden of paying.
The 2016 World Rugby Pacific Challenge kicks off today with Junior Japan taking on Tonga A while the Telecom Fiji Warriors will face Samoa A at 6pm.
