The Attorney General said work is underway to appoint the judges.
The High Courts, Appeals Court and the Supreme Court judges were dismissed after the abrogation of the constitution last month and all the cases are being adjourned for a month for now.
Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said the necessary decisions will be made soon.
Sayed-Khaiyum said alot of interest has been shown by people to become the next set of judges in Fiji.
