Speaking to Fijivillage news from Seattle today, Mama Lou said while growing up she has always been through criticism and judgment.
She said at times people will try to discourage one but having a dream and striving to achieve no matter what people say, is more important in life.
Mama Lou will be performing feats of strength like breaking boards with her hands and weightlifting with her tongue, at the 2008 Fiji Showcase at the Vodafone Arena from next Saturday to the 12th of July.
