Soqosoqo Vakamarama General Secretary, Adi Finau Tabakaucoro said that the latest report of the rape of a 4 year old girl in Kadavu is a bad indication of the direction our society is taking.
Tabakaucoro adds that nothing should be used as an excuse for the offence.
