Police have identified and are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 54yr old woman, whose body found floating in the sea near the Muanikau beach front yesterday morning.
Police this afternoon confirms that the woman has been identified by her son adding that the deceased was a resident of Yasiyasi, Nadera.
A post mortem is expected to be conducted tomorrow.
A passerby saw the body and informed the Muanikau Police Post.
Police investigations continue.
