The Fiji Women’s Crisis Center has confirmed that a 22-year-old woman is under their custody after she was allegedly assaulted by her husband.
It is alleged that the incident took place on Friday.
FWCC said they are providing legal and psychological support to the woman.
Police are yet to comment on the case.
