A woman has been rushed to the CWM hospital after she sustained serious injuries in a road accident in Nasinu at 8.30 this morning.
The woman was a passenger in a 10 seater private minivan which was going towards Nausori.
Other passengers have also received minor injuries.
Police Traffic Department has confirmed the van smashed into a parked bus on the left lane of the road.
Police believe the driver of the van lost control which resulted in the accident.
The driver has been taken in for questioning.
Meanwhile, an 8 year old girl remains admitted in the Lautoka hospital after she and her mother were hit by a van in Wairuku Rakiraki last week.
Her 36 year old mother died instantly while she sustained serious injuries.
