A 32-year-old woman is now admitted at the Nadi hospital following injuries she received after jumping out of a minivan.
Divisional Crime Officer ASP Luke Rawalai said the woman who was returning home after work, got into a white minivan and told the driver to drop her off at Sabeto junction.
However, the driver did not stop the van at the said junction and continued driving which scared the 32 year old woman, making her jump out of the vehicle.
She sustained injuries.
Police are calling for information from members of the public.
