A woman died in a horrific accident when the bus she was travelling in overturned in Pacific Harbour earlier this afternoon.
Police Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri confirmed that a bus carrying approximately 60 students from a primary school in Serua was returning from the Kaji Rugby Competition and went off the road in Waidradra, Pacific Harbour.
Sokomuri said the woman was one of the parents who were returning home with the students after the rugby competition.
Some of the students were hurt and have been rushed to the Navua Hospital.
