Ba Soccer President Rishi Kumar said the Vodafone Fiji FACT win against Navua yesterday was befitting for the people of Ba.
Kumar said that apart from being the first major tournament of the year, it was a special gift as they will be celebrating the Ba Soccer Carnival in July, to celebrate 75 years of Ba's existence in Fiji soccer.
However, Kumar said there are no plans to have a big celebration for the win, but they will have a thanksgiving service for the players and their families.
Ba beat Navua in the Vodafone Fiji FACT finals by 1-nil yesterday to reclaim the title after a lapse of three years.
Win befitting for the people of Ba-Kumar
