Sonny Bill Williams will not be rested by the Crusaders this week, even though Williams boxing fight is just two weeks away.

Coach, Todd Blackadder said there should be no problem in relation to this as Williams can do his boxing training and still play rugby.

Meanwhile, Sam Whitelock could play against the Reds if he survived training sessions this week.

Whitelock tore ankle ligaments against the Sharks which required surgery, and is now back running.

Crusaders play Reds on Sunday at 6.10pm.

Meanwhile, at 7.35pm this Friday, Hurricanes will take on Western Force.
