The much anticipated Rugby World Cup Qualifying match between the Vodafone Flying Fijians and Cook Islands will be full of excitement as the William Webb Ellis Trophy will be at Churchill Park.
Flying Fijians coach John McKee said they will not take Cook Islands lightly and improve on their weaknesses from last week.
The Webb Ellis Cup will be in Fiji for three days from tomorrow and will visit locations in and around Viti Levu including remote communities such as Naivucini and Nadarivatu, local schools and rugby clubs, before being the star attraction at Churchill Park on Saturday.
Meanwhile Fiji has dropped again to 11th place in the IRB rankings after Japan’s 26-23 win over Italy last weekend.
Japan is ranked 10th now while Samoa remains at 9th place.
The Vodafone Flying Fijians will meet the Cook Islands at 3pm this Saturday at Churchill Park, Lautoka and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
