The Transparency International believes people should be strong enough to say no to bribery.
A workshop on Bribery and Corruption was organized by the organization at the Pacific Theological Center in Laucala Bay and Deputy Chairman, Dave Aidney said people must have the will to stop such practices.
Immigration Director, Viliame Naupoto who was one of the participants, said corruption and bribery still exists in the Immigration Department which he is trying to curb.
Another participant Consumer Council of Fiji's CEO, Premila Kumar believes more NGOs like the council should be formed to keep a close watch for the benefit of the consumers.
Transparency International is setting up an Advocacy center next month.
