A 55-year-old taxi driver was today told by the court to pay a fine for assaulting his de-facto wife during an argument.
Magistrate Josaia Waqaivolavola ordered Sheik Hussein to pay $100 fine and $50 compensation to his de-facto wife.
The de-facto wife did not appear in court today according to the Magistrate she was emotionally traumatized.
