Who is our next playmaker?
The position is highly tipped to be filled in by Nikola Matawalu, Metuisela Talebula or Ilai Tinia.
In the sevens code, playmakers position is very vital and sometimes even requires more than 100% from a player to do the magic on the field.
Fiji Sevens assistant coach Etuate Waqa said players like Ilai Tinai, Nikola Matawalu and Metuisela Talebula have to step up now and show their worth.
The 12 players that have been named in the Digicel Fiji Barbarians for the Fiji Bitter Marist Sevens include Captain Setefano Cakau, Nemani Nagusa, Apisai Naiyabo, Jimilai Naikadawa and Timoci Vakadranu in the forwards.
Nikola Matawalu, Mitieli Nacagilevu, Joeli Lutumailagi, Sikeli Vuruna, Ilai Tinai, Isimeli Taqea and Joji Raqamate are in the backs.
Fiji Bitter Marist Sevens kicks off at the National Stadium at 8am tomorrow.
