National badminton captain and defending Pacific Games Ladies Single champion, Andra Whiteside will lead Fiji's challenge in the International Championship tomorrow evening.
The squad has been preparing for this meet over the last two weeks in an attempt to lift their game.
The defending Italian ladies champion will not return this year, leaving the title open to Andra from Fiji, Johanna of New Caledonia or Samantha Thomassen of New Zealand to vie for the title.
This is the final event for the Badminton team to fight for the eight spots to Noumea in September for the final squad to be selected on Monday.
