New Wallabies halfback Nic White is confident he can literally step into Will Genia’s boots and then keep the world’s best No9 out of Australia’s starting 15.

Wallabies captain Genia was dumped from the test team yesterday because he is not at the peak of his game and coach Ewen McKenzie wants a change.

McKenzie said White’s rise was not a rotation selection and he earned the right to take over from Genia.

The Wallabies will host Argentina at 10:05pm while the All Blacks meet the Springboks at 7:35pm.
