Ex-miners will know in two weeks time whether they will be working for the new mining company, Westech Limited.
This has been revealed by Westech Director, Brian Wesson who said that they had earlier encountered some problems but they hope to have finalise everything soon.
Wesson also reveals that they have put up a rehabilitation fund of six million dollars to be used over the next few years to assist those who will not be working at the mine.
He also said that there are 7,000 people living at the mine and the fund will assist them to move on with their lives.
