Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority said Mining company, Westech Limited still owes thousands of dollars to FIRCA in taxes.
Acting Chief Executive Officer, Jitoko Tikolevu confirms they had talks with the company and have given them a time frame to pay up their outstanding dues.
Tikolevu could not confirm the exact amount owed by Westech.
Tikolevu has also not ruled out the possibility of freezing the company's accounts again if they fail to pay up within the set time frame.
Westech's Director, Brian Wessan had earlier confirmed that they did not owe anything in taxes to FIRCA.
