The Westech Gold Mining Company who owe more than $15 million dollars in outstanding taxes, made their first payments this week.
Director Brian Wesson confirms that the first payment was made to this week but he refused to reveal how much was paid.
FIRCA's Chief Executive Officer, Jitoko Tikolevu had earlier stated that the authority was having talks with Westech Mining Company on their outstanding taxes which he is hoping would be paid soon.
