The Training Productivity Authority of Fiji (TPAF) has highlighted in its 2007 report that the Western division has the highest number of unemployment rate for those who attended their training program.
TPAF Director Jone Usamate has revealed that while they run training course for those who lived in the West, East and North the figures shows that most of their students in the west remain unemployed.
