Interim Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khiayum said they will have to study the declarations as they intend to appeal the matter in the Supreme Court.
Sayed-Khaiyum said the interim ministers will not vacate office just as yet.
He confirmed that they will make another application to stay the judgment.
The Fiji Military Forces is expected to make a response to the ruling announced today from the Fiji Court of Appeal judges later.
Military spokesperson Major Neumi Leweni said they are currently reading the ruling and are expected to comment later this afternoon.
Meanwhile, Fiji Human Rights Commission Chair (FHRC) Doctor Shaista Shameem is preparing a statement as a response to the Fiji Court of Appeal ruling.
