The Nadi Weather Office is currently monitoring two Tropical Disturbances.
The Senior Nadi Weather Forecaster says one of the Tropical Disturbances is much closer to Vanuatu while the other system is lying between Fiji and Vanuatu.
The Forecaster says the second disturbance developed over night and is approximately 610km West North‑West of Viwa and is slow moving in a south easterly direction.
They say it will pass to the West of Fiji.
The Nadi Weather Office says the potential for the two systems to develop into a tropical cyclone in the next 24‑48 hours is moderate.
Meanwhile, a heavy rain warning remains in force for the whole of Fiji group.
A flood alert is now in force for all small streams, creeks and low lying areas adjacent to major rivers for the whole of Fiji.

A strong wind warning is still in force for Yasawa and Mamanuca group, Western half of Viti Levu, Vanua Levu and nearby smaller islands.
