“We win as a team and we also lose as a team.”
Those were the words of Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan after they finished fifth in the Cape Town 7s yesterday.
Ryan says a few errors cost them the game in the quarterfinal and France also played very well.
He adds that it happens in 7s and no one is to be blamed for their quarterfinal loss.
Ryan says all the players are in good shape and there are no serious injuries.
The team will now have some time off before starting their gym sessions again and have their two weeks camp.
Ryan adds that the regular players will not play at the Baileys Coral Coast 7s next month but those that need game time will.
The Baileys Coral 7s will be held from the 14th to the 16th of next month while the Wellington 7s will be held on the 30th and 31st of next month.
