23-year-old Vodafone Fiji Bati prop Tariq Sims believes they have more than one game breaker in the side.
Tariq plays with his elder brother Ashton Sims for the North Queensland Cowboys.
His younger brother Korbin Sims plays for the Newcastle Knights.
The Sims brothers have maternal links to Ba and will team up for the first time in the Bati jumper.
Tariq said they never lost their Fijian links.
Tariq added the Vodafone Fiji Bati players will be lethal when they attack in the World Cup because they can strike from anywhere.
The Rugby League World Cup kicks off this Sunday and the Fiji Bati takes on Ireland at 7am next Tuesday.
England plays Australia in the first game at 1.30am Sunday.
