“We have prepared well to defend the New Zealand 7s title in Wellington”.
Those were the words of Digicel Fiji 7s captain, Emosi Vucago after yesterday’s warm up game against Red Rock and Wardens.
Vucago said that yesterday’s hit-out has given the side a lot of confidence to the new players who will be making their first trip in the national side.
He added that they only need the support of rugby fans to do well in New Zealand.
The side will leave our shore tomorrow and is in Pool D in Wellington with South Africa, France and Canada.
The New Zealand 7s kicks off on Friday.
