The UN and Commonwealth Joint Technical Working team are expected to wrap up their discussions with political parties, NGOs and the interim government today before they leave the country tomorrow.
The team which includes Mari Yamashita and Alex Gryzbowski of the UN and Juliet Solomon and Sabhita Raju of the Commonwealth have had meetings with political parties, the SDL, FLP, NFP as well as NGOs like ECREA, Movement for Democracy, FWRM, the former Opposition Leader and others on Fiji's political situation and the proposed Presidential Forum.
Mick Beddoes, who met with the team yesterday, hopes the Joint Team comes up with a resolution to start talks immediately.
