National Council for Building a Better Fiji Media Head Filimoni Kau said although there have been reports of delays of the consultation process of the draft People's Charter, he is confident that they are on schedule to meet the 6 week deadline they were given.
Filimoni Kau said the reason for the delay was that most of the District Commissioners have decided to distribute the copies of the draft Charter to all the households before they carry out the Public Forums to get the people's views.
Kau added consultations with various villages are going ahead as normal and they have received positive responses.
