The Water Authority of Fiji engineers have completed their works in connecting a by-pass pipeline from the water main on the Queens Road into Delainavesi road this morning.

Spokesperson Maika Nagalu said their operation team will ensure that water supply reaches areas along Delainavesi, Lami and Veisari that were disrupted last night.

However Nagalu added residents are reminded that it will take some time for water supply to be restored on higher ground while the low lying areas should receive water from this afternoon.
