Water supply is expected to resume in an hour’s time.
This is the message from Water Department Central/Eastern spokesperson Maika Nagalu who said right now some of their engineers are trying to redirect water supply from the Tamavua system to the greater Suva areas that have no water supply, while other engineers are working on the burst main at the Laqere Bridge.
Nagalu confirmed there are currently six water trucks carting water to the affected areas.
