The DISMAC office is now trying to install early warning flooding systems in all of the major rivers in the country.
Principal DISMAC officer Patiliai Dobui said after the flash flooding a month ago, they have identified strategic places where they will place the water gauge system.
Dobui added this will help those who live close to the rivers bank on when is the best time to move to higher grounds if the river will burst its bank.
