People living in the greater Nasinu area can expect water supply to be disrupted within the hour.
Divisional Water Engineer Eastern Samuela Tubui confirms that due to a power black out, they have had to shut down the pumps at the Wainibuka pumping station.
Tubui says the supply is expected to be restored in five hours.
The areas from Makoi up to Cunningham and surrounding areas are expected to be affected by water cuts.
