Residents in villages in Tailevu especially in Lakena, Vuiduna, Cautata and Vatoa village will continue to face water cuts as the Works ministry is currently cleaning the Raralevu Reservoir.
Suva Water department Spokesperson, Maika Nagalu said they are cleaning out the 3 mega litres of water in the reservoir as the water has been contaminated following the tragic accident over the weekend and adds that their men are working around the clock to fix the problem.
Meanwhile for those staying in the greater Caubati area, you will experience water cuts as there is currently a burst water main in Wainivula and this is expected to be fixed by this afternoon.
