Design Engineering Lautoka soccer side has been hit by a major setback in preparations for the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giant Soccer tournament.

Lautoka soccer President Shalendra Prasad said preparations are not going well because of the water cuts in Lautoka.

He said the disadvantage for the team is that they are not in camp and the players are traveling from their home.
 
Prasad said sometimes due to water cuts the team does not train.

He said they only have one day left for training as the team will be leaving for Labasa tomorrow.

Lautoka has only won the BOG title in 1985.

Lautoka will play Rewa in its first match at Subrail Park this Saturday at 7.15pm.

In other matches Ba meet Nadroga at 12.30pm, Suva will play Nadi at 3.15pm while at 5.15pm Labasa takes on Navua.
