Residents in Labasa are expected to experience water problems today as heavy rain in the area flooded and damaged the Nasalasala pump area.
Acting Divisional Water Engineer Northern, Nemani Waqanivalu said people living in Vunimoli, Korowiri Village, Naduna, Nagata and Vunicuicui will have no water for up to 2 hours as their men work on the pipes.
However, Waqanivalu said they have water trucks out in the affected areas.
Water supply is expected to normalise by early this afternoon.
