The Water Supply Department is urging people not to swear at their workers who are carting water as it is affecting workers in doing their job properly.
Department's Spokesperson Maika Nagalu said many workers have complained about been sworn at by residents and are hesitant to go to those areas again.
Meanwhile, people in Lami, Delainavesi and Veisari are not receiving normal water supply since this morning and Naqalu said a power failure has resulted in the disruption and it cannot be confirmed when water supply will be normal in these areas.
However he said workers are carting water to these areas.
